Join me for a Strategy Hour and get clarity and one-to-one coaching to refine / create your business strategy for the coming months.
Here’s some of the things we could do:
Give you a plan to scale up growth and put in systems, so you're not working all-the-hours as you grow.
Look at the positioning of your offers, how they lead on from each other, and what to focus on next.
Plan out your marketing and give you specific actions to attract / nurture / sell, in ways that feel good to you.
Decide what support you need in your business (e.g., virtual assistant), and how to find them.
It’s also okay if you’re not sure what you want to talk about. Sometimes we just know that things are off, but we haven’t quite articulated why. That is exactly where I come in.
During your Strategy Call, I’ll be asking questions, and keeping us on track until we get to the core of where you want to develop your business next, and how to get there.
