Hey there, I’m Moira 👋
I know exactly how it feels to juggle all the elements you need to run and grow a business.
I’ve run a busy heritage venue, a multi-six-figure subscription box business (that I started on our kitchen table), and I’m a business strategist & coach for small business owners.
I’ll be honest, the path along each step (I started with the corporate job and dream of having my own business) wasn’t easy. There were a lot of competing priorities, making mistakes and learning from them.
However, although the 3 businesses are quite different – running a venue, a product business and online coaching – there’s a lot of commonality of what creates the breathing space for success.
