The Before

What I Did

Something on your mind?
Airtable is incredibly flexible, but it’s not the answer for every business. That’s why we start with a Clarity Call. We’ll talk through your current systems, where the friction is, and whether Airtable is genuinely the best fit before moving forward.
Not necessarily.
If you have existing data in spreadsheets or another system, we can usually export and import that into Airtable, so you’re not starting from scratch.
Airtable also works brilliantly alongside many of the tools you already use. Where it makes sense, we’ll connect your existing software rather than replacing it.
Every build is different, so we’ll decide the best approach based on how your business already works.
Not as much as you might think!
Aside from our Process Mapping and Review calls, I’ll do the heavy lifting. I’ll ask you for access to your existing data and software, then I’ll take care of the build.
My goal is to save you time – not create another big project for you to manage.
The time from our Processing Mapping Call to your reviewing the Initial Build is usually around 2 weeks.
Clients have completed their whole project in less than a month. However, you do have up to 3 months for the project to be completed.
If I have availability, we can get started in the next couple of weeks. You can book a clarity call here, or send me a quick email if you want to check availability first.
That’s completely normal.
Most clients come to me because they know something isn’t working, but they can’t quite see how to fix it.
That’s exactly why we start with a Clarity Call. We’ll identify where the real bottlenecks are. In your Process Mapping Call, we’ll design the system before I start building.
Not at all! In fact, that’s often why people come to me.
You don’t need perfect processes, neat spreadsheets or everything figured out before we start. We’ll untangle it together, simplify where needed, and build from there. There’s no judgement!
Absolutely. Part of the project is making sure everyone knows how to use the system.
You’ll receive a full handover, walkthrough videos and documentation. We can also tailor views and permissions in Airtable so team members see what they need.
We’ll make sure everything is working before we sign the project off.
You’ll have your handover documents, recordings and documentation, so you’re confident using the system going forward. You’ll have full control of it.
If you’d like ongoing strategic support after that, we can also chat about what that might look like.
