Before we jump into action, let’s get super-clear on where the blocks are.
Business Model
Let’s make the decisions you’ve been putting off; clarify what your scalable offer(s) will be & how you’ll get clients results without *you* being as hands-on in their process.
In your first call, I’ll help you explore your options, play it through, think about the impact across your offers, plan for the risk, and decide your priorities. We’ll create a clear plan and timeframe.
Profitability
Let’s fix the ‘leaky holes in your bucket’ where you’ve been leaving cash on the table. You’re already running a successful business, it can be a more profitable one.
When you have more profit, you have more choice: Easier to say yes to marketing opportunities, to test knowing you have the buffer, to get a bit more support in. More profit = More growth for your business.
Some examples;
- Having ‘never drop through the net’ follow-up systems for enquiries
- Systems for upsells at the checkout, or in automated flow after the initial purchase (brownie points: we set it up so upsell emails don’t go to clients who already have that offer).
- Win-back flows for abandoned carts or lapsed customers
- Automated resign process when someone comes to their end date in your container(s)
- Reviewing your costs and advising where you can save (especially on tech!)

Where are you getting in the way of the running of your business? (You likely already know!) And where are you assuming you have to get involved?
E.g., One high-6-figure client ran a knitting company, and a big time drain was knitting up the patterns she designed. We created a new job title ‘Knitting Technician’, and she hired someone to knit up her patterns for her. This saved her a huge amount of time, but also shifted her thinking on what was possible to release.
I’ll help you see any blind spots & suggest options you may not have thought of. I’ll help you clarify where you can be more focussed on your priority work, and where great systems / a lean team can support with the rest.
Your Mental Capacity
We’ll also check in with you – how you’re feeling about your business, about the risks, about the path ahead. I’ll help you celebrate the successes and navigate the areas that feel stressful or heavy.
2. Capacity
The biggest challenge I hear to people scaling, is having the capacity to both run their business as it is now – AND put the shifts in place to scale.
So this is a big one. We get really practical.
Tasks
We’ve likely identified some areas, which take up a chunk of your time, that you can release – outsourcing the task; having a system to automate / leverage aspects of the workload; or getting to the outcome in a simpler way.
E.g., For one client, running a product business, managing their stock levels & retailer communication was a challenge. We set up an Airtable base that automatically tracked stock levels and sales, and identified when stock levels were falling below minimum desired quantity. They could then easily sort that purchase list by retailer, to put together orders.
So much of what we do in business can be automated now, and still have the personal touch. Some examples:
- Systems to manage your client journey and experience (onboarding / offboarding, key touch-points, automated check-ins when they’re quiet, all your client notes in one place), so you’re not manually scrabbling around.
- When you create new content, your systems / team repurpose for different channels and share.
- Full launch systems; identifying what’s working well in your launch process and repeating, refining and delegating. (e.g., recording walkthroughs for your VA / OBM so they can run with the task & create step-by-step guides for the next launch.)
As much as this is about logistics, it’s also trusting that these systems work for you. We can test them together and give you that confidence.
I’ll help you prioritise and hold you accountable to get these ticked off your list, one by one. Your secret sauce to actually get these done will be…
Team
You’re going to need some support – even if it’s a few hours a month, a few specialists you call on. This really depends on your business / your model. I’ll work with you to identify ‘ideal’ for now – with the potential to scale as your business does – and if you need to, hire. (We’ll likely have freed up some budget for this in the review process).
If you’ve already got support: is it working for you? I can get into the detail with you – and with your team if you’d like me to – to find where the efficiencies can be, and where your superstar team members may be able to help you more.
E.g., We might set up systems that free up your VA’s capacity, enabling them to do more project work around your scalable offer(s), or putting other systems in place.

How we’ll do this
Initial Strategy Call
Before your initial strategy call, I’ll have looked through your website and offers and asked you questions to give me a greater understanding of your business; how it works, how your offers run on the back-end, the mechanics of your business.
Then we’ll have your initial 90 minute call to look at your strategy to scale. If you need a more scalable offer, we’ll get clear on your options and work them through together. If your offers are already scalable, we’ll talk about where the systems / delivery need optimising. You’ll leave this call with clarity on your scalable offer(s), and what to prioritise as next steps.
One-to-One Calls
You’ll have a personal 60 minute One-to-One session over zoom with me every two weeks (6 further calls).
On these calls, we’re not just going to cover the surface; I’ll send you some prep, you’ll come prepared, and we’ll flesh things out and make decisions together. I’m here to help you work through your thinking, explore the options, and make a decision you’re excited to go away and action.
After each call, I’ll send notes to hold you accountable and check in with you.
Voxer Support
You’re not on your own in between calls. If you have quick questions; something comes up; you want to clarify something; a new idea drops in – I’m right here.
